What counts as a "state"?

All 50 states plus the District of Columbia. The Business tier covers everything; Pro picks 5 of your choice; Free picks 1.

How fast are alerts on the paid tiers?

Our ingest runs hourly, so most bills are summarized and delivered within an hour or two of the legislature posting them. Daily-alert subscribers get a 9 AM email with everything new since the last digest.

What kinds of bills do you cover?
